Art of Pasta Making

As the weather becomes colder, our bodies increasing ask for warm and energising foods to nourish and satisfy. Fresh, handmade pasta fits the bill perfectly!

Using whole ingredients including fresh eggs, durum wheat, and hearty fillings of cheeses and vegetables, along with fresh sauces, pasta-making and eating provides therapy as much as a satisfying meal.

And the benefits of learning are long-lasting - as skills can be continued for cooking for oneself, friends, family…. as well as a creative activity for long winter evenings during weekends and the holidays.

Join Angelica Furlotti, a highly experienced Italian chef and pasta-making instructor for an evening of learning, eating and connecting.

£80 pp for 3 hours of learning/eating including antepasti, beverage, creation of 1 shaped and 1 filled types of pasta, 2 sauces (sage butter; delicate tomato); ending with a tiramisu and sorbet for dessert.
