Paisley Kitchen
With busy lives we forget about the importance of food; not only does it build us; it’s medicine.
But we can’t get what we need if we don’t eat well — and that doesn’t mean eat fancy. It just means food made with good ingredients, right portions, and right times; so our bodies can feel satisfied, assimilate the nutrients and transform the food into energy.
But food and cooking can be a sensitive topic. Some are fans while others find it stressful, or impossible, or just hard to fit into their day.
These barriers can leave a feeling of being “stuck” in the kitchen and eating habits that hurt our bodies. These harms accumulate over the years, and slowly lead to diseases of inflammation and autoimmunity, early aging, and even some cancers.
Paisley Kitchen’s aim is to promote a positive and relaxed relationship with food; cooking-intuitionally, and through pleasure rather than pressure.
Paisley Kitchen is a casual space designed for both, one-to-one lessons and group learning events, across varied cuisines.
